The 39th meeting was called to order by Rodney Rulon at 7:15 pm at the Jobsite Bar and Grill on 10 July 2008. The following individuals were present at the meeting: Rodney Rulon, Chuck Tapp, Jeff Lewis, Jenny Moses, John Petzold, Joel Kroger & Bud Shaw.
OLD BUSINESS: Inventory report tabled until next meeting.
First item discuss status of KBEF License plates being ordered. – Tabled until next meeting.
Second item discuss how we did on Sid’s Run. Raised approximately $300.
Third item was to discuss if we are going to do a Run for new Corporate Sponsor Whole Lot of Wings & Things. They have a Poker Run already set up for August 23rd @ 3pm Rodney will talk to Jeremy about how KBEF can assist.
Fourth item discuss does Whole Lot of Wings & Things have their Corporate Certificate yet? No
Fifth item discuss which corporate sponsors do we still owe a ride to this year.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Jeff Lewis presented the treasurers report. There is $13,805.39 in the fund.
NEW BUSINESS: First issue was to discuss memberships and corporate sponsors. Sergeant of Arms Chuck Tapp signed up a new member Charles Meeks & was also able to get another $60.00 from Bud Shaw for his renewal. Welcome to Charles.
- Second issue the members that have renewal fees due or coming due are: Jessica Freeman, Chuck Tapp, Rich Riggs, Andy Musto, Steve Kolbeck, Teri Hodges, Damen Bird, Barbra Sue Sweetwood, Grant Lasitor, Jennifer Guild, Scott Robison, Lynn Tapp and Wally Borth. Chuck indicated he would renew his & Lynn’s memberships before next meeting.
- Third issue was to get with Jenny Moses & start building 2008 Photo Gallery on the website. Jenny has already begun working on 2008 Gallery using pictures from Texas Holdem event & SIDs Run. If anyone has any pictures for 2008 please email them to Andy or Jenny.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting, motion was seconded and meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
