Meeting Minutes from 2 August 2005
      The 4th meeting was called to order by Charles Tapp at 7:00 pm at Charles Tapp’s home. The following individuals were present at the meeting: Charles Tapp, Charlie Mason, Andrew Musto and Jenny (the KBEF Web Page Designer).

      The purpose of this meeting was to finalize the bank account, discuss membership cards, discuss any unfinished old business, and discuss what event the KBEF will have for September’s.

      The first order of business was to finalize the bank account. All the funds were recounted and after paying $140.00 to Sign Here for Sid’s banner and $260.00 to reimburse Charles Tapp for the Nonprofit License, Charles Tapp will deposit $3,316.66 into a First Kansas Bank and Trust account that he will open on 3August 2005. The KBEF federal tax ID number is 48-1187959.

      The KBEF’s Web Page Designer Jenny showed the board her ideas for the web page it was discussed and a couple of suggestions were made about the color of the lettering and back ground. Jenny will not charge the KBEF anything for setup fees of the web page and she will check into the monthly fees and get back to us on that. Some of the links were talked about that would be nice to be on the site. If anyone else has a motorcycle related link they would like to see on our web page please send us an email on it and we will get it on there as soon as the site goes active.

      Russ Wilkerson will have 6 or 7 patch samples at the next meeting to be voted on all members welcome to attend and vote. Once the logo is decided on final work came begin on the membership cards. In addition the board members owe $20.00 each to Russ Wilkerson for Board member T-shirts to be paid by each individual board member at the next meeting.

      Charles Tapp will contact Danny Dewitte and discuss Septembers party idea at his house sometime this week, as a backup plan in the event the party can not take place at Danny’s the KBEF will have a membership drive to a location to be determined. The last order of business was the KBEF voted and decided to donate to the Gardner Pride Riders $20.00 for their recent school supply run they had.. Charles Tapp will deliver the funds to Jim Moore.

      The next scheduled meeting will be at Charles Tapp house on 6 September 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

      The meeting was adjourned by Charles Tapp at 8:20 p.m.
